Precision Tube Laser now offers post processing of your small or large flat parts, in house! Although our lasers leave the least amount of burr in the industry, with some materials it is an inevitable inconvenience. Deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal parts after laser cutting is another service that will help save our customers time and additional steps by hand! Depending on the final requirements, various methods of deburring can be used. The material, geometry, number of pieces and part dimensions, also have an influence on the post processing results. Utilizing the ARKU Deburring and Spaleck tumbling we are able to achieve consistent, high quality results for deburring and edge rounding of your laser cut parts. DEBURRING
The burr can vary when laser cutting your materials. Burrs created via laser cutting adhere to the material in various strengths. Therefore finding a comprehensive deburring solution is crucial. We are capable of processing a broad range of part sizes in almost all metal materials. From small to large parts we are capable of processing your entire range of parts.

EDGE ROUNDING
A good edge rounding result is characterized by removing the sharpness on the edges of your parts. This prevents injuries that may be caused by handling the material, while simultaneously improving downstream processing. A radius at the edge of the materials also improves paint or powdercoat adhesion. The distinctive rotary brush system can achieve a unique rounding result along the edges. The brushes rotate in alternating directions, we are able to achieve a consistent result on the inner and outer contours of your parts. If necessary, a radius up to 2 mm is possible.
SURFACE FINISHING
Punched and laser-cut parts often require high demands on the surface. A beautiful surface is a pleasant side effect of the deburring process. In some cases, a specific type of surface finish could be necessary.
